Tech Tuesdays with Albert Wenger →
Albert Wenger from USV started a series of posts on his Continuations blog called “Tech Tuesdays” a few months ago, in which he breaks down computing, the web, networking, etc. into bite-size, eminently readable posts. Great way to get the lay of the land on the fundamentals of computing. And it’s in line with Chris Dixon’s point recently that perhaps more important than learning programming, “if you are a non-technical person working at a web company the the first thing you should learn is internet architecture (DNS, http, html, web servers, database, TCP/UDP, IP, etc)”.
